Philip Raya entered the real estate business in 1997 on the island of Maui, Hawaii and quickly made his way as a top Sales Producer working in the tourism and visitor segment by helping vacationers find their perfect second home on the beautiful beaches of West Maui. He was later trained in residential real estate while becoming licensed in the state of California and working in new home sales developments.

It was on a vacation to Cape Cod with his wife, where they both became inspired to purchase a home to raise their young family and relocate permanently. The Cape was the perfect blend of family neighborhoods, pristine beaches, local businesses, and historic charm. Philip soon joined Gold Key Realty to serve the local community and provide help with Cape Cod real estate.
